Good riddance to @FrontierCorp Communications after 12 years of unreliable service. The most reliable thing about them was regular outages. They show zero loyalty to long term customers. My internet had its speed cut in half, twice, during my 12 years, while my price doubled.
@FrontierCorp where’s your customer service? Waited all morning & your tech never showed, never contacted. Now what? Is this how you treat customers? You don’t want customers?
@FrontierCorp even though I pay for premium service I had to hire the geek squad to come in and help me set up my equipment. Frontier is the worst outfit in the world. If I didn’t have to change everything I dump them tomorrow.

@frontiercorp I have been a customer with frontier for a few years and just found out my internet went up by $15 out of nowhere. I went from 49.99, to 54.99 to 59.99 to 64.99 over the years and now 79.99!! I have let it steadily rise and said, fine, but now this!!
