JioFiber Reports & Customer Service
In August 2018, Jio began testing a new fiber-to-the-home service, tentatively called Jio GigaFiber. This service included broadband internet with speeds ranging from 100 to 1000 Mbps, along with television and landline telephone services.
In August 2019, it was announced that the service would officially launch on 5 September 2019 under the name JioFiber, coinciding with the company's third anniversary. Jio also revealed plans to offer "First Day First Show" streaming of films still in theatres for eligible JioFiber subscribers.
