@TPG_Telecom my internet randomly stopped yesterday. There's no outages, have reported it & they said they are investigating it. Haven't had any issues for 4 years. How does it just randomly stop working? I wfh & it's such an inconvenience

@TPG_Telecom It’s been over 3 days since I requested a replacement SIM for my partner. She still hasn’t received it, meaning she can’t get SMS codes to log in to her company account. She’s now on unpaid leave because of this. I’ve called 10 times & keep getting the same response
@TPG_Telecom the *games* will soon be over! Legislation will soon be in the pipeline enabling subscribers to cancel their account without having to access apps that don't work and emails that are never answered. It's only a matter of time.
