@airindia SDRRXI and SEORPY PNRs cancelled 45 days back. Points refund not yet credited inspite of 2 escalations. Rudranshu Sharma from your customer care tried taking his manager on call but his manager is apparently too busy to take customer escalations. @airvistara was gold.
