On Nov. 19th our area had a wind storm (not odd for this time of year). Lots of power outages. However, @CenturyLink hasn't restored our landline for 56, today 57, days. Made promises never kept. Probably don't intend to restore it at all in our little city - but won't tell us.
@ThoughtCrimes80 CenturyLink is worse. They tried to Bill me $350 in late fees. Tried to get comcast. Installer could not install a cable to the house. Guy showing up 4 months later out of the blue to run a cable. Both companies are horrible. I have T-Mobile wireless now

@CenturyLink DM's just link to the support page. This page is a perfect example of what I'm referring to. The support page is very poor. To do anything with your account you need to call.
