Youbroadband back end team raplies. Problem kya hain "kuch problme tha" haa woh problem kya tha? "maintenance work chal raha tha" Okay. Kis problem ki wajah se maitenance work chal raha tha? "Sir woh kuch problem tha usi ka". at the end customers are like 🥺

Youbroadband ki ek khas baat hain ye log payment confirmation hone ke baad hi net shuru karte hain. Lekin issue hone par kab tak issue resolve hoga uska koi confirmation nahi dete. System se chalna padta hain bhai, india hain. One sided.

You broadband ab patang ke through hi network bhej do. Aapke technician se thik hona hota toh 30 mein ho hi jaata. Excuse mein uljha ke timepaas kyo kar rahe ho.

@youbroadband You broadband ka service issue diwali ke din, phir christmas ke din, 31 sr pe, aur ab makar sankranti pe. Aisa lagta hain inke bande internet pakad ke baithe rehte hain jaise ye ghar jaate hain bet out of service ho jaata hain. Aur you broadband ki team ka bolna bhi yahi hain.

@youbroadband I have recharged for a 100 Mbps plan, but the speed I am receiving is only 1 to 30 Mbps. Despite multiple complaints in the last 30 days, the issue remains unresolved. It seems your team is either unable to understand the problem or is not taking it seriously.
