@MediacomCable @MediacomSupport is the least reliable internet service provider around. Without fail you can count on having multiple service interruptions a week, every week. For the price I pay for service it shouldn't happen this often but it does.

@MediacomSupport @MediacomCable Internet completely off for an hour. "Came up" but have 30-50% packet loss to any website. Going completely out for 5 seconds every minute. chat agents close the chat twice. Running old firmware on my router. Made an FCC complaint once already..
3 techs been out here and im still sitting at 1 mb/s upload speed while paying for the gig package @MediacomCable tf going on about to switch companies
